Hand wash in cold water with a wool safe soap, you can purchase my all natural wool soap here.

Reshape and lay flat to dry for 24-48 hrs.

Remove pom before washing. (Pom can be removed by untying from the inside)

Fluff pom to refresh by gentle brushing with comb or cool heat from a hair dryer.

I do accept custom orders as long as it is not during my busy season (October through December).

If I can accept a custom request, you will be sent a link to purchase, and I will begin your order as soon as it has been paid in full.

I will provide an estimated delivery time at the time of your order (usually around 2-4 weeks).

There are no returns on Custom Orders.

Hats are one size as most designs are stretchy. If you are looking for a smaller or larger size, message me and I might be able to customize the fit for you.

I have tried to showcase the hat fit in photo listings.

All wool stretches over time, if your hat feels small when you first try it on, know that it will stretch over time.

Would you like to change up your pom colory? You can do that as they are removeable.

You can choose as many poms as you'd like at checkout.

Did you loose your pom or is it getting old? You can come back to my shop and purchase any pom of your choice.

Every single item I make is handmade by me.

 I take my knitting everywhere with me!

All my designs are created by me as well. I also have a few other designers whose patterns I love and use as well. Credit is given at the bottom of a listing.

Due to hygiene factors returns are not accepted.

It takes 3-5 business days for me to prepare and ship your order. I am a one woman show, as well as a homeschool mamma, so please have patience with me.

Once your order ships, you will get a shipping notification and tracking info.

All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive 2-5 business days after leaving my shop. 

Shipping is calculated by weight.
